GREEN YOUNG HYSON TEA

Our Green (Young Hyson) Tea is a bold green tea, made with the young tea leaves rolled in long twisted motions.  This tea has a mildly sweet fragrant, with a golden color in your cup.

It is beautiful to watch this tea steep, it will unroll back into their whole leaves. 

Green tea is caffeinated, but contains less caffeine than traditional black teas, green teas are also high in healthy antioxidants!

Our Green Tea is grown and harvested from a plantation in China. 

Fun fact, per the Tea Association of the USA, in 2021, Americans consumed almost 85 billion servings of tea, with 15% being green tea.  Consumers continued to drink tea in order to ease stress, relax, calm and center them.

To make a wonderful cup of green tea, use 1 teaspoon of tea in 1 cup of boiling water for 3 minutes.  Add sweetener and milk.  (If steeped over 3 minutes the tea will burn and have a bitter taste). You can steep the same tea bag several times during one sitting.

Great News!  Per the Tea Association of the USA, Tea is the most widely consumed beverage in the world next to water, and can be found in almost 80% of all U.S. households. It is the only beverage commonly served hot or iced, anytime, anywhere, for any occasion. On any given day, over 159 million Americans are drinking tea.
